FAQ Login

Yes. hokki99 supports two login methods — via your registered phone number or username. Select the appropriate tab on the login panel and enter your credentials. Both methods are equally secure and fast.

Click the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and you will receive an OTP code via SMS within seconds. Enter the OTP and set a new password. The entire process takes under 3 minutes.

Your hokki99 login session stays active for 24 hours if you select the "Remember Me" option. Without it, the session will automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity as a security measure. You can log back in at any time without restrictions.

For your account's security, hokki99 only allows one active login session at a time. If you log in from a new device, your previous session will be terminated automatically. This prevents any unauthorized access to your account.

Your account will be temporarily locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts as an automatic security measure. To unlock your account, contact our support team via Live Chat with your identity verification details. The unlocking process typically takes 5–10 minutes.

Both methods are equally secure as they use the same 256-bit SSL encryption. However, the Hokki99 app offers added advantages such as biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition), making login easier while adding an extra layer of security.
